The midterms are coming! The midterms are coming! Join Indivisible Montgomery and your fellow Montgomery County residents Saturday, September 29, as we continue to work for diversity, inclusion, transparency, and the empowerment of all Americans through political activism.
This month, Susie Turnbull, Democratic candidate for lieutenant governor of Maryland and Ben Jealous’s running mate, will share her and Ben’s vision for Maryland as well as her views on current political events. She will then take questions from the audience.
Following the main meeting, topic-specific committees (elections, conflicts of interest, environment/science) will have the opportunity to meet in smaller groups. Guests interested in becoming more involved with Indivisible Montgomery are encouraged to visit with the committee leaders.
Admission is free. All are welcome.
This event will also be livestreamed on Facebook: www.facebook.com/indivisibleMCMD
