Indivisible Montgomery is a diverse group of nearly 2,700 Maryland citizens concerned about the growing threat to our democracy from the Trump Administration. Indivisible Montgomery consists of people in Montgomery County, Maryland, which comprises U.S. Congressional Districts: MD 04, MD 06, and MD 08. We regularly work in cooperation with other pro-democracy groups in Montgomery County and throughout the state of Maryland and the DMV. Some of our regular collaborators include: Do The Most Good, Indivisible Howard County, J Walkers Action Group, Moms Demand Action Maryland, Third Act Maryland, the Maryland Indivisible Coalition, and more.

Started in the waning days of 2016, Indivisible Montgomery provides its members with a newsletter and calls-to-action for each week. We also meet in person and participate in events in the Northern Virginia/Washington D.C./Maryland area.

Indivisible Montgomery is committed to diversity and inclusion in our organization and our country. We are weaker as a country if we exclude people from the U.S. based their religion or nationality. The more we distrust and resent our neighbors, the less secure our communities become. We are bound together as Americans by our pursuit of success, prosperity and happiness not at the expense of one another, but in conjunction with one another. And we must hold this dear if we are to persist in the time of Trump.
